Hi, I’m Allyssa! I’m a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with a passion for helping people care for their mental health at every stage of life.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas–Pan American in 2014 with a degree in Biology and a minor in English, and later earned my Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas–Rio Grande Valley in 2017.

Soon after, I began my career here at JNC Behavioral Services, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families on their journeys toward healing.
I’m certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and I am a proud member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, and you can often find me reading, cooking, or baking something new in the kitchen.
What matters most to me as a provider is making sure every patient feels heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering care that is not only professional but also compassionate and personal.
