In April 2011, JNC Behavioral Services opened its doors to serve the mental health needs of the Rio Grande Valley.

 

Led by Dr. Francisco Torres, a board certified psychiatrist who completed his studies at Cornell University and Harvard Medical School, JNC is committed to providing the highest level of mental health care to the McAllen and Rio Grande Valley (RGV) communities.

 

JNC is made up of a highly motivated staff that over the years have developed skills to provide professional and compassionate care.
