Hi, I’m Juan Rodriguez, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I’m passionate about helping individuals improve their mental well-being through compassionate, comprehensive care.
My nursing journey began at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019. With the support of scholarships and grants, I went on to complete my Master of Science in Nursing at UT health Science Center at Houston in 2022.

Before joining JNC Behavioral Services, I worked as a Registered Nurse on a Neuro-Medical Surgical unit, and later in community psychiatry with the Assertive community Treatment (ACT) Team at Tropical Texas behavioral Health, serving individuals with severe mental illness across the Rio Grande Valley.
Today, I provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, medication management, and ongoing education for patients and families. My focus is always on helping you achieve greater clarity, stability, and emotional health.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer and spending time with my family, reminding me daily of the importance of connection and balance.
